• Not stored on our servers after processing is complete
• Returned to your device as transformed images immediately after generation

Purchase Information

Santa Paws AI offers in-app purchases for credit packs. All purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Apple and RevenueCat handle all financial transactions in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Locally Stored Data

The App stores certain data locally on your device, including:

• Your transformed photo gallery and history
• App preferences and settings
• Credit balance information

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

🔗 Third-Party Services

Santa Paws AI integrates with the following third-party services:

Google Gemini AI

We use Google Gemini AI to process and transform your photos. Photos are transmitted securely to Google's servers for processing and are handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We have configured our integration to minimize data retention on Google's systems.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. RevenueCat may collect anonymized, aggregated analytics data about app usage patterns.

Apple App Store

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy and terms of service.

Local Data: Data stored locally on your device (gallery, preferences, etc.) remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data manually.

Purchase Records: Records of your purchases are maintained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective data retention policies.

👶 Children's Privacy

Santa Paws AI is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, there is no special consideration needed for children's data.

Parents and guardians should be aware that children using the App can make in-app purchases if parental controls are not enabled. We recommend enabling appropriate parental controls on your device.

🌍 International Users

Santa Paws AI is available internationally. If you use the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your photos may be temporarily transmitted to servers located in the United States for processing. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland: We process your photos based on your consent (by choosing to use the transformation feature) and our legitimate interest in providing the service. Since we do not retain your data, GDPR data subject rights regarding stored data are not applicable.
