How does Santa Paws AI work?
Simply take a photo of your dog or choose one from your gallery, select one of our magical Christmas themes, and our AI will transform your photo into a festive masterpiece while preserving your dog's unique personality.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to generate AI transformations. Each transformation uses one credit. You can purchase credit packs (Small: 5 credits, Medium: 15 credits, Large: 30 credits) through in-app purchases.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
No! Your photos are processed securely and are not retained after the transformation is complete. We prioritize your privacy and never store your images on our servers.
What dog breeds work with the app?
Santa Paws AI works with any dog breed, size, or age! Our AI is trained to recognize and preserve the unique features of all types of dogs.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
In-app purchases are managed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try restarting the app or your device. Make sure you have a stable internet connection as the AI processing requires connectivity. If the issue persists, please email us at info@jhobbie.com with details about the problem.
How can I share my transformed photos?
After your photo is transformed, you can save it directly to your camera roll or use the built-in share feature to post to social media, send via message, or share however you'd like!
